Landscaped modular accommodation units proposed for regional essential workers

RWIF

Regional Australia

RWIF, the Regional Worker Infrastructure Fund, is a proposed accommodation platform focused on providing essential housing for essential workers in regional communities. The model is built around compact, high quality accommodation clusters that can be deployed in locations where worker housing is constrained and where essential services depend on reliable local accommodation. RWIF is currently in a beta pilot stage and progressing into an expansion phase, with existing investment support and capital committed to enable broader rollout. The platform is intended to develop into a scalable alternative real estate asset class, responding to a persistent shortage of regional worker accommodation. The concept combines efficient accommodation design, shared amenity, landscaped outdoor areas and flexible deployment to support the accommodation needs of regional workforces.
