The dual frontage site, approximately 1,013 square metres, is within walking distance of the town centre, Main Beach, visitor accommodation and the wider Byron Bay visitor economy. The current concept is a low scale, courtyard led food and beverage venue, combining indoor hospitality spaces with a central outdoor courtyard, covered casual dining and a primary dining and bar area, supported by a commercial kitchen and service areas. Designed for access from both Marvell Street and Fletcher Lane, the venue is intended to support flexible operation from day to evening within a considered, landscape led setting.
